I've known Cindi for a dozen years or so...and not only was she an  exemplary member of my team, but thru the process of working together we  became great friends.  It's not often that someone you work with shares  your view on the "right way" to do business, but Cindi and I were two  peas in a pod.  Often times she would finish my sentences, anticipate my  next request, or deliver the completed document I was getting ready to  ask for an update. The most amazing thing to me, among everything else,  is that it took years for she and I to finally meet face to face...as  she was a "virtual" member of my team.  To me that evidences how much of  a trusting relationship we developed because of her business acumen,  communication skills, and dogged determination to get things done right!
